In my experience, Pooning in most US cities is a WOM/WOT. I mean, in some places like vegas you can find very good SPs. However, I've tried a few times in Seattle, Chicago, L.A, etc and it seems that the chances of getting a decent SP are way lower. They're also a lot more paranoid with verification than up here and you always run the risk of a sting etc, since it's illegal almost everywhere. Up here, the regulations are different, the prices are significantly lower (more so now with the loonie) and you can find a lot more variety in the indy market.
