I imagine there is a difference between commercial promotion of prostitution and a couple of buddies sharing personal perspectives on something even if it is a vice.

Doubt if the personal promotion would be deemed to be illegal, free speech and all that

If similar tactics were used in Canada, it would be very worrisome and damaging to review boards and the willingness of members to participate and review.
This needs to be watched carefully... especially as to whether similar strategies are used by LE on the side of the border.
