I am planning a trip to Seattle in August. I will be going to see the Yankees play the Mariners.
I will be there a few days.
I need to get some ideas of what to do after the game. I am staying right downtown. I will not have a car, as I am taking the train down.

Just need to know some night life things to do. Clubs. Bars. To do after the game.

SP I don't think so. Might be a little light on cash for that.

Thanks.

if you are staying dt, hit "kell's pub" in post alley. its not a bad little place to have a beer and is dt.

if you would like to check out a unique dining experience, there is "the pink door" which also in post alley. it is dinner and drinks with a true old school burlesque/cabaret show. good fun.

more info on either place can be found with a simple search on the web. they both have sites.

Just go down and grab their version of the Georgia Straight. Very specific outlines of the clubs, the crowds, best pick-up bars, genres, etc. I totally miss the Phoenix Underground and the Off Ramp. If you like bands, the place right at 1st and Pike is like the Commodore. Scott Weiland will be there on the 19th. Awesome place. Pioneer Square can be REALLY sketchy, especially at closing time, so I wouldn't recommend walking there, nor leaving there on your own. Just outside of the Square is REALLY, REALLY sketchy! I just got back from Seattle a couple of hours ago. Have fun!
