... Thankful for ??

This time of year should be more about the graces of the past year then about what Santa is bringing you. It is about getting together with family or friends and enjoying the time we have with each other. Life is short and the graces are not always there.

I'm grateful for eveyrone who chooses to see me, they allow me to live a standard of living and a way of life that suits me. I am grateful for my family and their patiences and love, and the friends I hold dear to my heart.

Happy Holidays to all and to all a good NEW Year.

I am thankful

this crap is almost over.

What this time of year represents and how people act are
absolute opposites!

If someone cannot act like a human being in June then don't
fake it in December.

bah humbug.

ditto that....in a lot of respects 2006 wasn't that shit hot and will be happy when its wrapped up and taken out with the trash

this is one of the few years where I'm simply not in the Christmas spirit.....no decorations up in the house, no lights on outside.....presents aren't even wrapped up in Christmas paper, just generic designs

I think I need a ABC movie of the week Christmas miracle

God willing, fair winds prevailing, and Air Canada finding the right continent. I am not all that certain about #3 though.

I am thankful for my career that makes me enough money to eat, drink, poon and have a warm roof for my head.

I am thankful for not getting married and not getting divorced.

I am thankful for never receiving any alimony suits.

I am thankful that my life isn't that of a small-town gas jockey who lives with his mom and spends his weekends impregnating toothless crack whores.

I am thankful that I'm not making my living from collecting cans from garbages nor from getting ass-raped in dirty alleys by wealthy businessmen named Peter.

I'm thankful I still have feelings

There's a kind old gent I see every morning in Timmies. He has to be in his 80's. One day he was in the line up behind me fishing for money in his wallet to buy his morning tea. I happened to look over and noticed all he had in his wallet was fiver. His arthritic hands trying to get out his money and then trying to get his wallet back in his pocket.

I got to the counter, ordered my daily and told the server that I was paying for the old gent behind me. I moved over to wait for my order and he waddled up to the counter to place his order. I grabbed my coffee and headed for the door. Just as I got to the door I heard this very faint "Thank You" from behind me. It was the old gent smiling.

It wasnt a big thing , but it made me feel good for the rest of the day.

I'm not a big fan of the holiday season....cash grab, over hyped, gives ppl a reason for seasonal depression....not everyone has a Hallmark life & what better way to rub it in: set a date. LOL :p

I'm thankful I was born horny & keep getting hornier each year!

Does not seem like Christmas

THis year I have not really noticed that it is Christmas .. People have to point out the decorations to me .. because they just are not doing any thing for me ... I have taken a run through the mall once ... and bought nothing..
THis time of the year I go in to a depression..... this year I seem more apathetic... THere was such a change in my life ... that I am just suffering a sence of loss.
I am thankful for all i have .. My heath a place to live Family and friend.. and for a few new special friends that I know this year... But I am also sorry , sad and miss a person . that has been in my life for the last 2 yrs.
I miss you .. and hope you and your family have a very merry Christmas.
