I've had a major scar since kidney surgery at age 18. No woman, SP or civilian, has ever said a word on first seeing it. Some, after getting to know me, will ask about it.

Most of the time I don't even remember that the scar is there, even when undressing with a woman for the first time.

In Your Wildest Dreams!
I have my share: I lost the right lobe of my thyroid 5 years ago, and I have a "bikini line' hysterectomy scar that gives me the C-section tummy despite never having had a child! I've also seen clients who have endured major abdominal surgery (I think one of my regular visitors told me he'd had some 20+ surgeries) and I have a semi-regular client who has had a colostomy, and has to deal with that every day. I would never turn anyone away from scars. They are the road maps of our life experiences; some of those experiences travel some really unpleasant roads through hot dusty places where everyone there that isn't one of OURS is one of THEIRS and they don't want you there! I cannot imagine how shattered I would feel if someone reccoiled in horror at my belly scar; I would NEVER turn someone away for having scars! How incredibly shallow!

Scars are part of who we are.
Behind every scar there is a story behind it.

I couldn't imagine asking someone to leave because of a few scars.
That's rude and they should maybe reconsider their occupation.

I love learning the stories behind the scars - and I've heard some amazing ones!

I will add another voice of agreement to this sentiment.

Your scars tell your stories. Stories of courage. Stories of stupidity. Of youth, of fun........or strength and triumph!

You earned every one of them! Be proud of them. They add beauty to the mosaic of your life!
