Incall is right downtown, by the Burrrad Street Bridge. Scarlett's girls are not the cheapest but I have only ever had one bad experience there (probably visited 10 to 15 times) and Scarlett made it up to me right away. I would highly recommend.
Can't specifically recommend any of the girls on there, other than Zenya and Emanualle.
I just haven't been there for awhile because I've found (believe it or not, through CL) a new ATF that has become a good friend

This question is not to insult you but to ask you out of curiousity, how would you know personally that Gigi is a post-op TS or is it heresay that is being passed on?

I enquired a few times and found the rates to be way beyond my normal budget < $$$ per hour. I have met some amazing SP's in the $$ to $$.5 range so I never felt the need to go the extra $ or $.5

I've used Scarlett in the past when I first started out, but haven't used Scarlett's services for a couple years. I was never disappointed, but then I've had pretty good luck with other agencies as well. Scarlett's ladies generally tend to be more, ahem, "mature". That's okay for us older guys, but anyone in their 20's or early 30's may want to stick to CF and other agencies who have more younger ladies. A search should come up with some older reviews, including one or two from me. Scarlett used to charge an initial "consultation" fee of $50 or so. This turned many people off, so many refused to use her agency. But it's not a bad idea, as she uses this to get an idea of what you are interested in and looking for to try to refer ladies to you that matched your preferences. Also, a great idea for pre-screening clients since not all guys are as tall, handsome, respectful and gentlemanly as the posters on PERB. Although this "consultation" is somewhat awkward, if you can be frank and open with her and tell her you liked certain things, had certain fetishes, desired a certain look, certain lingerie, or other preferences she would try to ensure the ladies came prepared, be dressed in a way you indicated you liked, and be up for satisfying your desires. Since I don't really have any fetishes, I just asked her for the things everyone asks her for: tall, slim, beautiful, horny as hell, GFE and will leave me ravished and walking funny afterwards - with a skewed smile on my lips. She had a tall East European lady some time ago (now retired) who I asked about and was told she had just come back from Europe. So I jokingly said a true GFE then would be her attacking you as soon as she opened the door as if she was your girl friend who just returned after a long absence and was horny as hell. I'd forgotten I said that (in jest), but I had no sooner got into the door than this tall, beautiful blonde European pinned me to door with her tongue down my throat and her hands down the front of my trousers, followed shortly thereafter by her ravishing me in the hallway, in the living room, in the kitchen and again in the bedroom. So be very, very careful what you say to Scarlett....
Scarlett also had a number of "part-timers" and, from what I heard from the ladies I met, they all liked working for her. Other than the price, I had much better experience with her agency than with other agencies in town. But YMMV.
I should add that due to limited financial resources I now prefer indys to agencies - and rarely use agencies since there are so many wonderful indy ladies out there (hello ladies!
). I haven't used Scarletts agency for at least 2 years, but I'd still recommend Scarlett to guys who don't want to TOFTT with unreviewed indys, aren't interested in Asian micros or massage parlours, are prepared to let Scarlett know exactly what their preferences are (in terms of appearance, age, services, toys, dress, etc.), are not looking for 19 to 25 year olds, and can afford to pay the price. Scarletts, like most agencies, is also good for those guys who can only schedule on short notice since many indys often require advance booking (especially if they are working at this industry part time).
Of course, things could have changed over the last couple years so if someone has recent experience that differs from the above I'm sure we'll hear from them.
