Is there any truth to this? It seems a bit odd. If she won’t buzz you in but directs you to the back door, how do you get in? Also, a black man with a pit bull seems a little stereotypical. It certainly puts a black mark on Richards Street, any SP’s who use this address should be concerned.

To answer your questions, yes. There is likely 100% truth to this. I say this because A) I'm pretty certain this is the same girl who scammed me out of some money a couple of months ago, B) These kinds of scams happen more than you might think given the amount of posts I've seen from other members about being robbed, and C) Why else would someone go to the trouble of saving all those pics and phone numbers and making an ad about it? The ad poster was obviously a victim of the scam as well.
