Since I spend all winter alone, I frequent places such as this, and others for company, and to keep what sanity I have left.
A few years ago, another site in the States did a thread like this, and it was interesting to find how people perceived one another.....and it brought a few smiles to some faces.
There are so many different personalities, occupations, and back stories here, you've gotta find something positive in every one of us....you may be surprised how people feel about your presence here.

Positive comments only...particularly for the Mods, if they decide to stick their neck out, and chime in.

If you decide you'd rather skip the person above you, and " quote post" for a member that posted earlier, that's allowed....positive ,and complimentary only.

Any negative, or critical comments will be shaved off by the Mods with gratitude....with all the crap going on in the world at the moment, ....I think you know ,that we could all use a few kind words.

^^..... A Dude who doesn't like Trudeau, for what he really is, a total drama teacher, holding the frayed driving reins of our great nation....he also doesn't care much for Don Cherry, but will find something positive to say about him anyways.
To me this shows a positive attitude toward his fellow man...just as you said to Quarter Mile'r you must also posses a big heart.
You try and find the good , or positive in almost everything....except Trudeau, which I agree with you,is pointless to begin with.

A gorgeous young lady, who always is striving to better her life,and looking after what's important.
How she fills out that little black dress, isn't what you notice first....what commands respect from everyone in the room is her sharp wit, and even sharper mind, with a level of curiosity that always wants to gather more to add to the basis.
I also know with her understanding of the human mind, if someone is in their darkest hour, she will be one of the first to reach out her hand .....I know from personal experience.

Then there is that little black dress....and how she fills it out.

Talking about ladies wanting to see you: - I was in the Royal Inland Hospital a few days ago getting a few stitches on my lip, courtesy of some big bastard that didn't
appreciate me feeling up the ass of his (unbeknown to me) girlfriend. Anyway, as I was walking out, I heard a loud commotion in a large room that had about a dozen
beds with ladies in them. After listening for a few minutes, I realized they were talking about you 'cause I heard the "Sybian" name a lot. I asked if they were talking
about the well known cowboy Sybian. They all said yes, and wanted to know where they could find you. Holy sh*t, I suddenly realized that I was in the maternity ward
of the hospital. Boy, I got my ass out of there really quick, 'cause some of the ladies didn't look too thrilled.

Haven't had many exchanges with Fullhouse, but anybody that would defend sybian in the Kamloops Delta, let alone the Inland Maternity ward can't be all bad and sounds like the kind of guy you'd want to set and have a beer with. As to sybian, what can I say.....one of these days I would like to meet the real sybian and with any luck I will. Maybe both of these guys, and if that happens it'll be in a well lit bar....I'm just a bit nervous about all this campfires in the dark stuff...

There's something kinda primal about sitting around a campfire, telling stories, maybe with a few beverages at hand. I've sat at many, fortunately with friends, and I hope to sit at a few more yet. As I type I'm imagining sitting at a fire somewhere in wild country, with just a few of the right people, and perhaps a couple of good dogs sitting watchfully at the edge of the firelight.
