I am quite sure you lived in an expat compound that did not get a first-hand experience of living side-by-side with Saudis. My experience differs entirely.

So what you are really saying.....is that unless we live amongst the Saudi people, which would not be possible/legal for any of us to do.
Get to know and speak with regular Saudi woman, which again we simply cannot do.
Then we can't talk about them..............................logic fail

Not only has your logic failed as Neil pointed out but your assumption is absolutely wrong.

I've lived in both an expat compound and somewhere where other Saudis live. I have mixed with many and i know several that have since moved to Vancouver. I also speak and read Arabic fluently. You have not refuted the facts I've stated either !

I've been to Arabian restaurants and around Persian people and did some work where a new Mosque was involved. I took notice that for the most part these people didn't seem to have much joy in their life and didn't seem like a very happy bunch. I'll take our western ways any day!

It's not impossible. Indeed there are many political wrongs with Saudi Arabia as a political state/kingdom, but what irks me is the generalizations made over their culture or other Arab cultures when many people do not actually talk to individuals.
