I say tuff tittie. It's buyer (pooner) beware. She aint The bay, or Canadian Tire for crying out loud. If you go see her and the session becomes botched for what ever reason.......bad chem, she turns out to be ugly, whatever. Hey you rolled the dice. If your gonna be a part of the world of prostitution then you take your lumps, good or bad.
Now if she wants to give you some money back thats entirely up to her, theres not a damn thing that says she has to. It seems no matter how shitty, lousy, how many times a chick gets crap reviews one of you will still go see her so somehow she keeps generating new and atleast 1 time customers.
Also if you get to the door and shes not at all what you expect and you decide in 1 second that "no way" I'm outta here. Then you need to have some BALLS to just say "sorry I believe I have the wrong appartment", or just bail and no you don't have to give her any compensation for wasted time, because she wasted your time too.
I've had disapointing sessions and lost all my dough, and I have had some where I got 100% refund. I took my lumps, didn't put me off the hobby, just understood if your gonna play with fire your gonna get burned sooner or later.

I Say return part of the money, depending on how far the session went. Now if you did her and still want your money back.... tough luck
