No, it's an hour later in Montreal and the lack of communication is weird.
For what it's worth their web page no longer indicates that she's in Winnipeg; sometimes if it's slow they'll pull out early.
Cynthia normally returns messages anyway but I know she was on holiday last week. I don't think their reception desk is in it's normal state.
