Have not been able to hook up after two agreed upon meetings with her. She is now advertising on ERS at a much higher rate so not sure if she has been doing really well or the opposite (trying to hit home runs versus building up a good reputation). Talking to her on the phone makes her sound legit.

Giving this a bump. Have now spoken with her three times. I am not going to drive there to be potentially stood up so I insist on a confirmation which she agrees to and then she isn't around for the confirmation. I have a hard time believing no one else has had at least a visual confirmation or similar with her.
