Sasa Spa or Butterfly for a Newbie

Looking to hit a local FS spa in town. For convenience thinking either Sasa Spa or New Butterfly (I normally grab food around those areas) and are relatively discreet.

Basically looking for a quick FS and enjoy the rest of my day option

I've looked for some reviews, but nothing really up to date (but I might be searching wrong, my apologies). Honest recommendations? I'd assume best to call them first

While I've enjoyed many BBBJTC in Bangkok (7 Heaven in Phrom Phong is wonderful), I'm not traveling anytime soon and just looking for some relaxing fun

I wouldn't recommend Butterfly but it has been a few years since I went. Place looked dirty and I saw a used condom on floor in the room. I remember there is only one room with a shower!
