You guys are getting waaay off topic. What the fuck has unions and bad employees have to do with the topic of this thread? Nothing. This has to do with breaking the cycle of generational poverty by making available contraception to disadvantaged females, so instead of getting knocked up by some loser in the neighborhood because they couldn't afford precautions, or weren't educated enough in pregnancy prevention, so they can continue to go to school, find work, and break the cycle. Also, giving out free condoms as well would lower the rate of STI's.I can't imagine even one instance of where a union would be better. Whenever you can't terminate or discipline poor performers it will hurt the organization. Promoting someone based on their start date rather than their ability and initiative breeds poor performance.
Nothing is worse however when you combine the inherent incompetency of a government agency with a union.
What do unions and bad employees have to do with that?
