Had a weird experience the other day - I texted to book with Sana for an early appointment, and got a reply that she was free, but that Erin was "better" and would be free later on. I didn't end up booking with either one, because I couldn't figure out exactly whether they were trying to steer me away from Sana, or towards Erin.
