That add may have a face picture but its certainly not of her! If your using Chrome you can google search the picture by right clicking on the image.

The reverse image search as mentioned above is a good tool.

But just overall, a girl who looks like THAT working for $200/hr is a clear sign of a scam. Also if she’s in North Van, I’ll bet you she’ll ask you to go to a motel near Cap Rd and Marine - another high probability that it’s a scam.
