ok, not an idiot, but he just said something idiotic in an interview after another Nucks loss...

the reporter tells him how the Nucks got into another "bad hole" after down 2-0 in the first period, and guess what this Swede says?

'No, it's not a bad hole, esp. being on home ice..."

Well, if that's the attitude he & maybe some players in the dressing room feel, then that's where they can first fix the problem...

Not a bad hole to be in? Does he know how fragile this team's confidence is, and esp. for the fans? Does he think the Nucks are that GOOD to come back and win? sure, they've tied it, but it sure is playing dangerously...

No wonder they're on a nine game losing streak,..and counting!

First off Salo isn't a swede he's a Finn secondly a two goal lead early in the game is tough to get out of but you still have 40 minutes left it's not like your trying to crawl out down 2-0 with 5 minutes left in the third.

At least he said something more than just the glib "got to look in the mirror " quote.. give 110% etc etc etc

Good one, he's the definition of injury-prone! please Mr. Gillis, let this Finn go away, for good...his bloody slapshot on the powerplay doesn't warrant him to be a regular on this D...he's probably bad karma as to why the d gets injured all the time lol
