Safe PSE? Is that a thing?

Not sure if this is a dumb question but is there a such thing as having a safe PSE style session? Been wanting to book something but a bit hesitant.

Yeah sure why not? If there's safe GFE, there must be safe PSE as they both contain the same fundamentals. Just condoms and covers, plus skipping what you'd like to skip for safety.
