That's what I was going to say. I think the ads on CL were up yesterday lol.

They usually put not great pics, the same phone number 6950, but the real clue is that they put the W.8th & Oak in for the location. Search 6950 and you can see the other sps who work out of there. I have noticed that some of them also advertise independently at times, but they seem to be able to work with the mp and independently.

Sorry, guess I was wrong. Been long time since I've been that part of town, but I recall once I drove by and they looked like they've moved out. Maybe renovating ?
