Rules on Perb Reviews

Ladies who make comments on the Wpg Perb site usually have their name shown in red, meaning they are paid members and allowed to advertise?
I have seen posts made in the Wpg review section reminding ladies that they are not allowed to advertise unless they are paid members.
Was in Ft Mac lately and in the Review section there are many many ads posted by SPs and their name is not in red.
Different rules there? Did not come across any exciting ads though. Recognized some who have been here like Nikki Valhalla....

Can't say for sure but I think the Mods cracked down on SP's commenting on reviews here in the Winnipeg session after the shit show, which followed my less than flattering review of Breezy Bends last year.
PM the Mods and ask. I have always found them to be very reasonable in their explanations.
