Rose604 is just a rebrand for the ads previously using a number ending in 6351. The person behind Rose604 typically had a few adds up (one for a different region, e.g. Fleetwood, Central, Newton, etc). I've been to the Fleetwood location a couple of times and the girls were a good value (middle aged and priced appropriately). The handler is very easy to deal with and responds quickly. I think the Rose604 ad is simply a consolidation, leveraging a newly created website to advertise.
