65$ for an hour for the room. Just massage and HE, no other extras. Convenient if you live near the area but pretty much a meh place. Place looks clean in general. Girls are probably in their lates 30s to early 40s and not that attractive.
No other place in downtown towards West End and Coal Harbour, so they are the only option. I would really love to see some competition to them near the area.
