It's a clever scammy looking ad. Lots of us would love an RMT level massage with HE. The woman in the pictures is hot and natural looking. Florida however is a bit far to drive ;-). Also see the same ad on LeoList Victoria.

If by stretch this were a real ad, that would be sweet - however it feels highly unlikely.
