Well there sure were back in the day. Anyone remember the Harbour Towers (when it was a Coast Hotel) off the inner harbour back in the 80-90's. Had a lot of apartments in it. I used to stay there regularly on business and had a lot of instances of being in a multi level place complete with full furnishings, outfitted kitchens, even had a suite with a baby grand in it. Anyway, great balconies off there that had me using them a few times with some Victoria hotties I met at the old Strathcona whose many bars and lounges offered up some delectable women. Got a BJ on the second floor of a Goodwill store during business hours. There were shoppers on the first floor but no one on our floor at that time.
