Stanley park used to be good in a few parking lots. Except when VPD on horseback would try to investigate. Cop was pissed we wouldn’t get out of the car naked. Embarrassing people is one of their few joys in life.
Queen Elizabeth Park was ok too.

All the universities were ok for a while until they stepped up security in early 2000’s.

My office was usually unoccupied a few days a week and we used it regularly. All the offices had glass doors which led to a memorable event. A female tenant came in while we were in action. She didn’t leave and just stood by the door watching us. Friken hot

As mentioned already, a movie theater - ideally matinee show and reclining seats (or normal showtimes and regular seating if you're an animal).

The beach is another good spot. Take a blanket if you're planning to lay down as sand/dirt is no bueno.

Planning to travel? YVR during a red-eye or early morning departure - tons of terminal spots.

And if you really feeling frisky, then find an Airbnb with an outdoor jacuzzi. Remote places like Whistler and Tofino would be great RnR getaway. OR... find a spot in the city and give high-rise onlookers a show (if you're an exhibitionist).
