Not shut down just empty. The problem is kinda same as always, girls just don't want to work that location... Regardless of being busy or not.
The traffic getting over there sucks, equally worried about girls wanting to work there... will keep it in mind though.
We're a western agency with western tastes. To say it's different is a bit of an understatement, and Richmond is a city full of foreign Asians. Our market is western/westernized people, and sure yeah a lot of Asian clients as well but all Canadian born. Asian markets want cute, submissive... Western markets want sexy, confident. We're really not for guys from Asia visiting here, and we don't speak Chinese so...
Honestly it's not too bad using the second narrows. Not a nightmare like Lion's Gate specially if you're not going across during rush hour. I'd be a regular if some of your lovely ladies were working here.
Yes....I live in North Burnaby, and when there's not alot of traffic on the bridge, it's quicker for me to get to North Van than it is to get to Metrotown...as long as I stay away from the morning and afternoon busy commuting times.
I live on the shore, if you opened up here I'd go broke real real fast. On second thought maybe not a good idea.
You should add on a good day . I work on the North Shore multiple times a week. Getting home is between 1 hour to 2:15 hours depending on what happens on the bridges . If the ladies have commitments after their shift it becomes problematic.
I'm really surprised given your reasons for not operating in Richmond. Not saying you're wrong (I don't know enough about either), but based off reputation alone I'm just really surprised Surrey passes a western bar and Richmond doesn't lol

I'm an Asian guy from Richmond that happens to straddle both tastes, I totally understand it when they talk about Asian vs Western tastes as I do have both (depending on my mood lol) and they do have a point about knowing their market. I do think though that Richmond is a good location for being in between Vancouver and Surrey, having that Canada Line is convenient for folks and with lots of buildings coming up near each station, might be a good middle ground.
