Richmond Streewalkers?

There has never been street walkers in Richmond, as far as I know. I grew up in Tsawwassen and we'd go into Richmond all the time. When we started getting our drivers licenses, we'd cruise around looking at hookers in Vancouver and Surrey. This started around 1986, well into the 1990's. I haven't cruised for street walkers in Vancouver for years. Have in Surrey, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Not many out, but can still find a gem or two in Surrey.
I remember seeing one in Richmond several years ago, I think around Cook and Garden City. There was another more recently, oddly enough, when I was walking my dog one morning and she was actually walking around a school parking lot/play ground. This was about 6:30 a.m and she was high AF but was obviously targeting me as I passed by. She had a major sketcher look to her. But no, there is no street walker scene in Richmond, at all.
Hmm, a gem in Surrey - not sure about that anymore. And if so, where? Whalley area dried up in the 90's, and Newton is just the occasional junkie.
There used to be a hot young blonde by the DQ near SMH on king George. She was slim, athletic clean but unfortunately also an RCMP officer.
