Seems these daysI keep running into old threads.
You know what I mean, a year or more old, somebody found it and added a comment, and that brings it to the top of the day's threads. Except you have to read through the whole thread of, say 5 to 50 posts, only to find an observation/comment that was laid to rest a long time ago.
So to those people who insist on reviving these threads, how about trying an alternative.
Start a new thread, and link your new post/thread to the old one in the archives.
And to everyone else, when reading posts especially controversial ones, check the dates of the new post and compare it with the old posts! Someone may just be yanking your chain.

Good luck my friend, you will need lots of it. I thought trying to get the members to start only review threads in the review sections was hard enough.........

actually, you can probably skip the 5 or 50 old posts by using the little orange button with the down arrow in it ... that usually skips to the newest threads only ...

A lot of times you don't realize its an old thread till you have read through a half of dozen or so posts.

You have to be careful what you say too.....some people are overly sensitive to comments that this thread is like a year old and politely pointing it out so that other readers don't make the same mistake thinking that its a new thread.
