Revive Spa

I had been reading so many good things about the ladies at Revive Spa that I decided to see for myself this evening. After checking out the website and calling the spa I decided to drop by and meet the ladies and hopefully have a session. Just before I arrived I confirmed who was working/available and was told Krissy, Breanna, Simone and Hope were working but Simone and Hope wouldn't be available till about 6:30.

I got to the spa at about 6:20 and met Krissy and Breanna, both lovely ladies but I was looking for a spinner type lady so when I was offered to wait a few minutes to meet Hope and Simone I happily took a seat. About 15 minutes later Hope came in and introduced herself but told me that she had an appointment shortly and so was not able to see me. I was a bit dissappointed that I hadn't been told she was booked when I called but there was still Simone. But when she entered a couple of minutes later she told me that she was just going off shift as she had been there since 9:00. What could I say, I was dissappointed but I wasn't willing to take a session I didn't want just so I could have a session.

Later this evening the LG was demanding some company and so I called back to try to make an appointment with Hope. When I asked who was working I was told Krissy, Breanna, Hope and Simone. I asked to make sure that I had not misunderstood but I was told that Simone was working but unfortunately was booked for the rest of the evening.

I understand that I don't want a session with every lady that I meet at an MP and understand that maybe sometimes the feeling is mutual but I deserve at least the respect to give me a straight answer about who is working and who is available. I didn't get that respect this evening at Revive and I won't be going back regardless of how well reviewed the ladies are.

I kinda got the run around there too before. I did however go back, and I was quite pleased with my sessions with Haley and Mika. Better luck searching for you next time.

I find myself in a similiar dilemma with EBC. I find myself not being able to enjoy my time while Im there anymore. For a studio that wishes its patrons to have a relaxed time there, they sure want you out the door toot-friggin-sweet.

Anyways then, its seems that even though Revive has an incredible line-up of gals, it seems that since it's such a busy studio, a few unhappy patrons don't really bother management. It's a shame really, and may soon be gaining notoriety as some of the other places. (ie. Penthouse)

I think sometimes studios say they have girls on shift who are not on shift to make themselves seem busier than they actually are. I have had this a couple times when I have called a different studio looking for my regular...

I tend to chose my sessions based on girls I am interested in as oppose to a studio...

Simone had to leave early that evening and it was nothing personal towards you. I always tell reception to say they are booked if they happen to have left early for personal reasons. From my past experiences I always have a lot of problems with clients asking way to many personal questions when you say they've left early. I prefer just to have the receptionist say I am booked...

It sure looked personal at the time when he said he would like to stay for a session only for her to say she was leaving. If you want to use one lie (being booked for the rest of the evening), then you should stick with that lie instead of actually using the truth half the time and the lie half the time. I can totally understand his frustration there. He is told by her that she is leaving, and then he is told by the studio, that no, she is still there, but she is now booked. It appears unprofessional IMHO. I must say, I do enjoy a few ladies at your studio, but that makes me want to take my business elsewhere!

As for Hope I have no control of clients calling for immedite bookings. This is why reception always suggests making an appointment...

He called RIGHT before he arrived to inquire as to who would be available and was told that Hope was available at 6:30. So he waited the ten minutes for her to be available only to be told she had a session booked. I am sorry, but even if someone did call in that 10 minute span to book with Hope, the receptionist should have had the decency to inform him of such while he was waiting there. Look back at his original post and you will see he has every right to be disgusted with the service he received (or lack thereof). I had something similar happen to me there as well. I get to the studio, I am met at the door by Haley who informs me that she is busy for the next two hours, but she will take me to a room to meet the other lady (Simone). I wait about 5-10 minutes for Simone to come to the room, only to be told that she is busy for the next two hours as well. It is almost like there is no respect for our time there.

On an entirely unrelated note, why are the pictures of Lanya still up when she has been gone for a few months? (I see they are also being used as the pictures for adrianna). I think that a few things need to be put in better order at the house of Revive!

I think the owner of Revive is trying to put a positive spin on the bad service manners displayed toward a customer who was given a run around and brush off by her staff at Revive.

It would have been better for Revive if she had just offered an apology to the OP, rather than making excuses, and trying to cover up a lie with another lie.

It's possible that the reception area at Revive has CC camera where the girls can see the customer waiting, and then they make a determination whether they want to service him or not. If they don't want to have a session with him, he gets the standard "She's booked up for another 2 hours". Note: booked up for another 2 hours, not just one hour. If they told him one hour (and not Two), he could easily book an appointment in an hour's time. So, to discourage him from booking completely, they tell him "booked for another 2 hours".

I think you guys have good imaginations, but I doubt you are getting turned down for anything you did or your looks. The gals there are generally quite busy and there is a lot of traffic there in and out the door. I just got back from seeing Honey and two guys were coming out as I was going in. This on a Thursday night.

Had a lot of fun with her btw. She comes off as a bubbly gal, but I can tell she is more savvy and intelligent than she lets on.
Not a review, just saying it is still a go to place for great gals.

I agree, Have been to Revive alot. It's a very busy studio, the girls book up quickly. I am impressed that Savanah takes the time to read the posts and reply. Most owners could careless about Perb posts. I would much rather go to a studio where the owner listens and tries to improve things then one that could careless. I have had booking problems with Extreem and Legends. I Pm'd both owners and never received a reply. Makes me want to give my business to a studio that strives to improve there service. I think all the positive perb posts are proof that Revive is doing things right. Thanks, Savanah!

Seems to me this is a very busy studio with some quality girls working there. I admit i have not been to this studio but i have read many positive reviews of the ladies so they must be doing something right. I have my eye on Savanah and will make my way to see her one day in the near future. I too was impressed that Savanah would reply and give her side of the story.
That said cwf469 did not have an enjoyable experience and is right to discuss it in this forum. I just checked out the website and judging from the girls working there I can see why it is so busy, there are a number of beauties on staff that would work for me. I guess one major bonus of going to a studio is you may get to choose from a number of girls. In my short time in this hobby i have stuck to SP's where you have to prebook, maybe prebooking the ladies at a studio is something to consider.

That's never an issue for me, but then again I have no qualms about parking a couple of blocks away. Other than that, my only minor quibble is being unable to find the time to see Adrianna again.

I think you are spot on Markl. Savannah did post to explain what happened. That's more than most studio owners will do when there are complaints about MPs in this city.

I've always gotten great service at Revive from all the girls I've seen there including Simone.

That being said, I know that any business that's very successful and busy can have service issues occasionally, just because they are so busy. I think it's always best to tell the customer the truth if an appointment can't be met rather than making up an excuse. Lies often have a habit of coming back to bite you in the ass as it did in this case.

If a girl can't make an appointment, just tell the client the truth, i.e., she's booked or she had to leave early for personal reasons. I think it's just a matter of respect.
