Review of Barbie at Elite Retreat

I decided to make an appointment with Barbie today at Elite Retreat since I have never had an issue there until tonight.

Barbie walks in after I lay down says she needs to collect the money up front. I figure no big deal give her the cash. I lay down and get a very mediocre 2 minute massage on my back then she says to flip over. I do so and she goes straight to a HJ and after about 4 minutes says let me know when you are ready, not even an attempt at a BJ. So after 5 minutes of mish she says lets try doggy, so about 10 minutes after that, which was filled with fake moans the whole time, I can tell she is trying to rush me to finish and get me out of there. We try mish again for couple minutes and she says she is getting tired. I roll off and she finishes off with a HJ. She then stands up and looks at me so I take this as my cue to get in the shower and get out of there.

I got in my car and looked at the time 35 minutes from when I walked in. I have seen several girls from Elite Retreat and never have had this poor of service. All for $$$.

Overall Barbie does not seem interested in what she is doing and needs to learn a lot if she is going to stick around at Elite.

sounds like she has a lot to learn. she obviously has no idea who she works for. if she is indeed the way in session as you have described, i do not see her being at Elite long. let alone any other studio.

i do not think anyone needs to worry about what Kendra will do. Elite is her baby so to speak. i think everyone knows that she WILL NOT let her studio get a bad reputation.

Bobo you have been around long enough to understand that Kendra does not need a lesson in how to run a business.

Barbie is fairly new to the biz (just over a month at Legends). Tonight was only her second shift with us. Things are done differently at Elite with our services/standards, and I think Barbie has great potential to do well in this business. I have received good feedback from others regarding Barbie as well. However, seasoned pooners (such as Perberts) do expect more (rightfully), and have more experiences to compare their sessions to. I will personally speak with Barbie and will thoroughly give an overview of the difference when working at Elite vs. other Edmonton MPs. And again, I apologize to the OP. Although there is no training guide to moulding a great SP - many girls evolve into better SPs with time and experience. I think that will be the case with Barbie.

Kendra as usual you are at the top of the class.

She worked before at Legends as Jenna (maybe 2-3 yrs ago) then she was at WRO as Sara. I saw her at Legends and her service was pretty good ... too bad that it seems like she has gone downhill.

Great response from the leading lady, but I have always been curious when something like this goes awry. Apparently a stern scolding is forthcoming, but when it was said that.."we will do our best to turn your impression around"... now, hypothetically speaking, how is this going to work? Somehow "strongly suggest" to a lady to give a make-up session and to bite her tongue to go truly above and beyond normal levels to get a good review/happy customer? Because I personally dont see how you can turn someones impression around on one lady by setting up another appointment with a different gal at a potentially reduced rate. And I doubt the OP is willing to do a make-up with a lady that now "will do anything to keep her job" and at the same time be holding a grudge against you... At least thats how I would feel.
Sorry, just thinking aloud again, and I am not expecting a response from any of the parties involved. Just fluffing dirty laundry is all.

I believe that Jenna/Sara works at Venus as Jessica. Barbie has a similar look but is a different girl.

I dont know how to run a business like this, and am not trying to give advice in anyway. I just figured as a member of this here review board, I was free to share my opinion and thoughts regarding any potential provider OR establishment, thats all. But it seems that we can do that for everyone else in the business, just not a certain O/O or studio. My apologies, i guess I still dont know all the rules here.... ALL HAIL THE QUEEN

Don't get me wrong Kendra is a great girl from what everyone says and good on her for trying to run a good business and her posting here is nice but come on, dont feed us the "oh shes new" line. I find it hard to believe that she was hired and not told how to do a session. Something like "So a guy comes in, start the shower for him, you go write his name down, then come back in a couple minutes, ask him what hes looking for, start the massage, massage his back for 8-10 minutes, do his front for a while, make conversation, initiate fun" Or was the girl just throw into it with out any guidelines?

I'd imagine she knew that she was ripping the dude off, but probably never thought it would show up on a review board. I'd guess most of the people SPs see are just off the street and not members of any board. My first session was just me walking into a place, never thought to check online for a review board.

I also previously had a poor session with Monica who worked there previously. Upon informing Kendra of the lousy service i received, she offered to make it up to me the next time I visited there, which I thought was excellent.

Until now, however, I've not taken her up on the offer. It happened more than a few months ago now, so I've probably let the offer expire...but I still thought it was a classy offer.
