"Retirement Beach Bash" PA #4

So,
The Plans for PA #4 are in the works.
Saturday, June 19, 2004.
The Theme will be "Retirement Beach Bash"
Special guests will include those who have retired or are retiring from the Hobby or from the Business!! Sp's and Gents alike!!
Suggestions are welcome.
I have some questions:
I don't want to have PA#4 in the same location, AGAIN.
So, will ya'll be willing to travel..if we hold it out of town at a beach? Not too far!!
I might be able to arrange some transportation ie: A bus or Van
Or, would ya'll be willing to pay a minimal fee for the rental of a hall and hot tub?
Any other ideas for a new venue are appreciated.(Like maybe if someone out there has a nice big yard that will fit 30 ppl, a hot tub, and Limbo bar )
I would like to plan a BBQ, so you will be asked to bring your own beef and beer. Maybe we could do a pot luck?
IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN INVITE, PLEASE PM ME OR POST ON THIS THREAD so I can put you on the list and send out an invitation.
I would like to finalize plans by June 8, so please have requests, suggestions, and rsvp's in before then.

Allright, as it turns out, the 25 will not work either. Trawler and Lonlasting do not come back until the 27th of June. July is getting a bit late for the next PA, so, I'm going back a week...June 18, Friday. There are a few that aren't able to make it on the weekend, so a Friday it is!!

from 3pm til 11pm. That way those who cannot make it in the evening, can come during the day, and those who cannot make it during the day can come in the evening. BBQ should be around 4 or 5. Fun and games will take place through out the day, as ppl show up and are ready to participate!!

As soon as all plans are final, reservations made, transportation arranged, volley balll net, and limbo bar found, I will send out invitations!!
So watch closely after the next 2 weeks for yours!! Make sure your boxes are clean, your PM's turned on!!
Cuz I will be on an invitation spamming spree!!
