Restaurant Recommendation

Hello Perbers,
I am new to the area and need help on a good restaurant for an upcoming date.

Fancy, formal (not too formal), good steak, preferably watefront (but not necessarily), with a nice place outside to sit/walk and talk after dinner. Between Richmond and Vacncouver. Thanks in advance!

On the western tip of coal harbour? is a restaurant near the boats, I think its name is Carderos? It has an aged wooden shingle look on the outside and is right next to the water.

The place you suggest is, I think, at the foot of Nicola St. It's excellent!
