Request for Info ... a bit off topic

This is a bit off topic, but I thought I'd throw this out there and see if anyone has any suggestions.

Does anyone know of a good motel/hotel that offers an "afternoon" or a "day" rate, rather then an overnight rate? Particularly in the New West/Burnaby area, but any suggestions for Greater Vancouver will be good. I've been doing some internet searches but so far come up with zero, so I thought I'd call on the possible expertise of the Perb faithful. This is sorta for an "afternoon delight" kind of thing.

I had often used the London Guard on Kingsway near Nanaimo. Great thing is you don't need a Credit card to get a room, well I didn't. I just went there 2 weeks ago as a matter a fact with this chick I met.

Or just get a room then go cruise. The place is set up so you don't have to walk thru any lobby or BS like that. Clean, simple, TV, comfortable bed.

PS: She rode me like a champ that night!!!!

ask for a day rate if they have one; supposed to be for the traveller type who needs a few hours to sleep, freshen up, prepare for a meeting, etc. You can also add that you are out of town for a meeting...

'Good'? It isn't exactly high class but the Inter-City Motel at 6205 Kingsway has short term rates. Its discrete (ie no ID or Credit Card required) and it is quite close to New Westminster. Phone 604-437-4474 or Toll Free 1-877-777-6022.

Good place too. Been there tons of times. Perfect for picking up chicks on K-Way.

I knew I could trust the good patrons of PERB to come through in a pinch!! Great suggestions and both are within a 20 minute drive of downtown New West. I"ve driven by both, but wasn't sure if they offered day rates. Thanks again.
