I'm relatively agnostic, raised Christian with Muslim influences in my family. My parents were an interfaith couple. I cant remember the last time I walked into church. I dont miss it. However, I've had better neighbors who are religious than those who are non religious. Just my personal experience. Im not interested in taking something sacred others and tearing it apart. I am not meant to believe, and am okay with that. I dont believe in getting lost in the irony of not being religious, with the pseudo spiritual stuff where people have stones and Sage, and other traditions with no connection to eachother.

I also I find this conversation so 2010, I feel like there are many types of these threads.

My favorite has always been, is the certain religions who will say that cremation will send you to hell.....But preparing a body for cremation takes a few days so does that mean when you die and go to heaven. At some point when they do burn your body 7 to 10 days later, do you just get kicked out of heaven? Saint Peter rolls up while your chillin in the pool. "um dude they just burned your body, your gonna have to leave." 🤣

Ah, a topic on religion. Isn't that one of the things like how much do you make?, how old are you? who did you vote for and on and on, that good manners says do not bring up at certain events??

But what the hell, lets get into it.
- tax the churches, all of them, exactly the same as individuals, property tax, you name it, do whatever is possible to minimize the scam.
- stop public monies going to private schools many so called religious (see the first point).
- apparently anyone who was never and maybe could never be exposed to teachings of Jesus is going to hell. A bit unfair in the great scheme of things.
- the 10 commandments - I mean come on - everyone is going to hell for breaking at least a few.
- religion has been, literally, forever a means to control the population, the fundamentalists take it as far as they can. And that extends into all of them.
- lets count up the number of wars due to religion.
- add to that the number of people executed, maimed etc due to religion.
- and maybe my fav, My God is Better than Your God!! which seques into wars.
- many many more topics of contention.

But you better give (insert church of choice) money, or you are going to hell.
