Red bumps on SP

I recently saw an SP that had many red round pimple-sized bumps on her upper back near the shoulder area. Normally, I'm not too concerned, but I saw maybe over a 100 red bumps. The only other time I saw so many bumps on an SP was about a year ago, when I saw the whole back covered with similar bumps. Could this be a sign of some STI and do I need to beware of this situation when engaging in sex with a SP?

It is really hard to say what this could be. With what you have described it could be a number of different skin conditions.

As most sexually transmitted infections (STI) do not show symptoms I would just recommend getting an STI checkup if you are concerned.
