I know you are trying to be helpful but I don't understand posts like this where you just ignore the requirements the OP asks for. If I discounted specific requirements like filming then surprise, surprise literally ever agency, or MP around would have girls who would fit the bill.

OP - it's also worth checking the Asian agencies like XDS or Asian Delight. Typically a high proportion of the Japanese girls there will offer filming and the other services on your list.

Lol does Asian Delight even exist anymore? I see their perb ads literally everytime I'm on perb.
But they got barely any reviews and when I look at their site it's the exact same AI filtered pics for the exact same girls they have on roster. They haven't updated their roster in a long time. Infact, seems like most of the girls they have are all gone too.

Also for OP almost every Japanese girl will offer filming. XDS has a some JP girls which will allow filming. Like Nano and Hoshino.
Foxy604 also has two girls that offer filming Aki, and Jima.
Daynight has 1 girl Vana.
JP talent right now is on the low end, so if the available girls don't catch your eye. Later this year like closer to summer is most likely where new talent will come.
