I've seen Evelyn several times - she's definitely worth considering. Keep in mind that if it's your first time you're likely to be nervous and you might not last very long. Evelyn looks just as pictured and she's easygoing and a total sweetheart. I don't know how'd she'd feel about seeing a first timer but I expect she'd make you feel at ease.
No matter who you decide to see I agree with the suggestion above. Just ask the lady if she's comfortable with seeing a virgin before you book. Communication goes a long way.
