I had a rather meh experience about 3.5 km northwest of there at Gateway Spa on Whalley Blvd at King George. Nothing remarkably good nor bad. Basic rates and service. I'd be interested to hear more about what's in Newton or Guildford.

You’re better off to drive or transit to Burnaby if you’re looking for micro or AMP action, IMO—20 and 40 minutes away respectively.
