Recommendations For Marpole/South Van/Kerrisdale?

I live in the area and lately it seems that the AMP's are drying up. Many of them have closed or aren't as good as they used to be.

There also used to be a ton independents but haven't seen too many lately but thought I'd see if anyone has suggestions. Perhaps there's some life out there.

There's Tiffany Love in Marpole. Saw her 3 years ago, service was good, pics are her and she was friendly and sweet. Incall is in an older 3-storey. Can't beat her prices.

I arrange a booking by calling her number or texting her number. She can push pretty hard with her massage to the point of it hurting if that is what you want.

Been to Marpole Spa (Fern's old place) few months back. 140 around for 30 mins FS. Can't recall her name but she offered a younger person (a university age student) to do the massage. Never had a chance to go back yet.
