Recommendations for Chinatown Area.

I'm fairly new to Vancouver (and to PERB ) so please excuse my lack of knowledge of the area.
Location: I am going to be staying in Chinatown and looking for a place to get an HE Massage.

I am not looking to get a FS but a BJ, DFK, 69 and a massage would be great.
I prefer Asian if possible and maybe 20-30 age group.
I am still pretty new to spas and massages so a recommended beginner place would be good.
Cost isn't so much of an issue but I don't think I can last more than 30 minutes.

That is ultra-specific. My guess is there are zero providers that meet all of your criteria. My suggestion: be willing to travel. Up to 30 mins by car. That will open up your options from 0 to 50

I'm okay with travelling around if you could recommend locations.
