For Downtown, try TempGF (type 2274 at the end of leolist's number setting) There's Holly and Phoenix. Both are blondes operating out of Downtown.

Around 300 for 1HR MSOG, BBBJ, DFK, and will probably do everything else you asked, you can chat with their handler...

If it's your first time with that agency you will have to verify yourself, and one of the ways to do that is to give your PERB handle, or there are other ways as well. Was pretty straightforward with me, and experience afterwards was great.
