Hey guys! I'll be interested in recommendation on a very pretty GFE in Victoria, preferably tall and non smoker. I know about reputed indies like Emmy, Peyton and Cameron but they have all raised their donations and are out of my financial range. Two names on my radar are Violet Rei and Nyomi from CCE. Any suggestions?

Violet is lovely and fits your criteria of non-smoker and tall. I don't know Nyomi personally but she has many stellar reviews. I don't think you could go wrong with either lady. 
Violet-rei is tall and IMHO very pretty. Saw her about a month ago. She and I did not click, probably due to huge age difference. So as always YMMV. But I can definitely vouch for her beauty.
