My colleague coming up from the US only his 2nd time in BC, is an amateur photographer by hobby and he wanted to capture the beauty of BC. He has a whole day and a half off to explore around the area. What are some great places for awesome photos. Some Ive been to are Queen Elizabeth park where the walk way is above the mini water fall, Panorama Ridge by Garibaldi Lake, the West Van beach shoreline, Sunset Beach Park where that clock and pier is.

Any suggestions would be great :tea:

If he wants "nature " shots , Horseshoe Bay and beyond. Or Deep Cove, maybe. But the views of the city at night from up high are quite spectacular as well!

Burnaby mountain and Cypress overlooking the city are great. Or take a ferry to the island and explore Victoria a bit. Belacarra park is also a good spot.

Take him/her on a mini tour. Start from West Point grey The view of downtown from Trimble Park... on to Vanier park, McMillan space centre and the Maritime museum.. Queen Elizabeth park. Then Stanley park 9:00 oclock gun. Stop at Brockton point, on then to West Van & Ambleside Park. Out to Point Atkinson light house. I havent been on this one but I would imagine the Sea to Sky Gondola would have some pretty good scenics. However there is a review elsewhere here in the lounge that says this nice lady is out of commission for a while... So make it Grouse Mountain at dusk... Best light, then wait for the night shot of a lifetime.. Bring a tripod.

Ask Emile Divine. She has posed nude at some great locations. Better still, take her with you and ask her to pose. Any scene would be breathtaking with her in it.

Head up the Duffy Lake Highway past Whistler.
It's like driving through the Swiss Alps...stop at Joffrie Lakes, the many rivers and canyons, then Lillooet, and just before Historic Hat Creek ranch , Pavillion lake, with some of the clearest water in BC with 1000 foot limestone mountains towering above it.

I’m up in Whistler right now and had never been past the village before. Today I drove maybe half an hour beyond Pemberton and was blown away by it all. Definitely going further North tomorrow. No shortage of my favourite type of nice scenery frolicking in and around Whistler too lol.

Remember to fuel before you go....bit of a shortage of gas stations north of Pemberton. Depending on what you be driving....consider the High Line Road as an alternative to the Duffy.
