So lots of talk about pricing lately and the downward trend but so far for me other than the posted specials ala' Alyson I've yet to enjoy a cheaper than usual session myself. This month marks my 7th anniversary in the hobby and I've found that like most goods and services the costs have been on a continuos climb over the years.

Anyone experiencing good specials out there? I have never negotiated a price down with a gal, up yes for extras, but not ever down. Is this something that is starting to become commonplace?

I appreciate any info and success stories on the pricing front as in tough times like this a pooner has to watch his dollars.

I have always been reasonably priced. And I do offer weekly specials.
Which gives the client a break on the regular rates.
But I am NOT changing my prices. They are already low enough. And a client gets even more of a break on the price, if he comes in for the specials.

April sweety, I can pretty much guarantee that NOBODY would disagree with your statement above. I doubt that anyone would expect you to offer more than you do.
