Am I the only one who has a big big problem with Texting apps being used?
Today I arrived at my 145PM APPT on time, and I was having problems getting my phone to connect to 3G to call as I am not from here.
I called at 1:53 and with No answer I left, the voice mail was for text me, the whole, Hi you've reached your friend on text me blah blah leave a message.
I was so upset I came from a far. So I expressed my feelings via SMS and left.

I know this is a review section for SPs but I feel like this is an important topic.
Very few times have I booked someone with a text now app that they were serious.

The person on the app was a bully, telling me all sorts of mean stuff but the house was very nice for OC.
Doesn't make sense why give your address but not your real #.

Am I wrong for loosing patience with men who use text now apps,
Am I the only SP who feels this way ?

I never understood why men do this to hide stuff. everything on your phone dates back to your ip/serial so even if you use a text app the messages are still retrievable.
Why wouldn't a hobbist just buy a pay as yu go with virgin for 80$ at 7/11.

Am I wrong for this?
Do other Sps notice this issue?

Would love feedback.
Since the person on the text me app has threatened me on the boards, I'm really curious as to what others feedback is towards text apps..
I feel like when someone uses an app to book their gonna hurt you or flake on your booking. 9/10 thats right.

I would assume many guys are using these texting apps because they can easily be signed out of on their mobile device, when not being used, to either allow privacy from those who snoop through their phones when they or careless, or prevent sp's random messages from being received when they are looking for work. Which is becoming very common practice unfortunately.

Not wrong at all. I refuse to book anyone using an app, by Skype, google talk, magic jack.
Agree 100% If I suspect the number is a texting app I will call the number to usually get "The number you have reached is not in service" or something like that. Instant cancellation and block. If someone calls and i suspect it is a app like google call I will text it to usually get "number not available" Same response.

99% of the time bookings are made through one of these apps it is a waste of time and or a no show. Sit and wait for the client to show and 30 min after the time you realize you have been duped and now in no mood to see anyone else. Not sure what the fun is for doing that, guess they have no life or maybe an agency trying to mess around with indy girls. :( Getting way to common these days. Also the reason now I only do outcalls to hotels where I can confirm by calling the room or a previous client that I am comfortable going to his house.

In reality, the ones that are doing this get their rocks off on this. Teenagers, other providers who feel you are taking their business, and the ones who have no money to actually follow through. So, just follow your screening protocol ALWAYS, never take a call from someone who can't.

I would rather stay home in my Jammies, watching a movie...follow your instinct. It never fails you.

This is why I use an app. At first I used my phone but got sick of the random texts and calls from girls. If everyone was professional and discrete there would be no need to use an app.

Yes I guess it works both ways. You must be that one in 99 that uses a app and actually would show up :clap2: Its unfortunate myself and a lot of the other girls never take the chance. Then again if I knew you were a member of this board I would reconsider. To the rest, not a chance.

Flakes are in every industry especially when you solicit yourself via the Internet. How many looky lous hit up Brian Jessel BMW to check out the new six series? Dozens, how many of those dozens can actually afford the said 6 series? Maybe a handful. Who's gonna buy the car? Probably nobody today. Some times it just happens. Ask for a deposit if you're scared of a back out. That's what I do (I make websites though)

That is why I use app as well. It's easy to manage because there are no notifications and no one can dig into your texts when you are not using the phone. However sometimes I have seen some SPs don't respond to me which could be due to using the app which definitely reduces some hunting opportunities. There are few SPs who are very good at dealing with this and if they are uncomfortable with the app, they will politely ask you to text from a real number, not an app.

I have heard about some of your concerns from one my trusted SPs. Happens way too happen in this job. I feel your pain.
It is a sad fact that there are some low life human beings that don't respect others time and money spent on travel to come for an outcall. You can't do anything about such people. And they can be guys who use apps or their real numbers.

There's dozens if not hundreds of SPs who work years upon years with little to no hitches (or they just leave it off social media, imagine that). Also there is no way to hack and index text messages at this time. How ever phone calls have been bugged since the 1950s. I understand it's different but it's similar you must admit.

I guess for some women the high price tag wards off the creeps but for others it doesn't. My advice would be don't bump your leolist ad as often. I get safety and all but like you said it's a business.

^^ I've worked since 2005. In the past 10 years I've acquired 1.5 stalkers
1.5 stalkers?

& one injury serious enough to spend time in the hospital & 3 months off work following. ...I was lucky I had gotten into Domme otherwise I would have been without an income during that time. All it really takes it that one time to make a lady really reassess everything she does...
Sorry that had to happen to you. Can't imagine how frightening that must be. :(

Assholes come in all income levels. I've worked in the $300+ hr range and have gone through an adventurous streak in the past doing cardates.. A very short adventurous streak...I'm too domesticated to handle that level of the industry..
Hopefully the gentleman that you actually see outnumber the assholes. I'd imagine those contacting but never following through / wasting time / pestering outnumber the ones that you actually see though.

^^ one full stalker continually trying to lure me on outcalls with different numbers. Because of my daytime responsibilities only talking calls is a luxury I don't have. And one stalkerish guy..past client..

I don't see or put up with any assholes anymore...ever. My screening is mountain-high now. Plus I'm not scared to throw someone out mid-session if it comes down to it.. I keep myself safe and never work at my incall alone.

I've had issues with guys not wanting to follow through with their appointments because of the few 5 ft nothing fillipinas in the house lol.. no big loss.. Those were the "let me take you to a random motel I don't feel comfortable if there's other people in the house" guys. Likely dodged some bullets with those ones...

Actually my screening has gotten so high several of my past good clients didn't make it through...they ended up having to contact other ladies I worked with to get in touch with me(lost all my contacts last spring when my iPhone turned into an iBrick, sorry guys)
haha I can totally relate...I've been called the "soup nazi" of pooning lmao (I had to google that one because I'm too young for seinfeld, their last episode I was like 10 years old or something)

It really does take years of experience and coming to a point where you make that decision to not take the bullshit anymore.

I refuse to see a guy if he isn't ok with me having another girl around.... I have been hurt as well.... Working from a hotel and from being on my own.... Also the amount of guys asking for bb is insane!!!!! What is wrong with you guys!!!!! Safety!!!!!!
