I had booked an appointment with Roxy for today at 9pm. I called earlier today before to get the location. Everything was just simple for me just to show up. Before I now it it became ridiculous.
I get a text at 8 saying her landlord was there and if we could reschedule for 9:30 for sure. As I am driving there and almost there she texts me again to say he still there. I am starting to wonder why do I have to go through this. She asks me what she should do. I say text me when he leaves. She eventually does nothing to call back or even pick up the phone when I call her to ask what is going on. I had driven all the way to downtown so I was struck because I was almost there for the appointment. I did not know what to do so I decided to wait. I did not want to drive back home if she called.
I do not understand why she would do that but to think she dioes not care for her clients or if she wastes there time. Be considerate and dont even say you can make an appointment when in fact you cant. Do not play games andbe honest. Reschedule and terat your clients properly.She does not realize how ba it was that I had driven there almost when she could have been polite and made it easy for me.
I do not think she gives a crap because she would not have done this. She could have avoided being rude and be considerate. She will not even call to apologize. Does it matter we write bad reviews. You get people like Roxy who will continue to do what she does.
