Part 2 of my bad encounter
I wanted to report of my other bad encounter as I left a few emails and have not received any response back from her and probably won't...
I contacted her a month back by phone for an appointment a week in advance. She stated a time so everything was fine. I emailed her a few days later to check it also. She replied back by email saying she did not have me on schedule. She did not try to clarify the situation by email but left it at that. I contacted her by phone while she was still in Edmonton to try to rebook for her last day,which was the same day I had previously booked, however she said she was fully booked. I stated to her I had booked already and it was not fair. She apologized saying she has never done this before and she would make it up to me. Fine and dandy so I accepted her apology and as she also said on the phone call me the next time and it is half price.
Now it is her next visit to Edmonton(January 10-12). Again I call a week in advance and we set a time for her last day. I told her about the mix up again and that she said it was half price. It was all set up but I wanted to check by email again to confirm it a couple days before my appointment. To my utter shock she replies back stating I am not on her schedule and I had to book her through her website. I am upset at this point but I thought I will go book on her website but she is fully booked. AWESOME!!!!!!
She did it to me TWICE. I have not had such an experience and hope it does not happen to someone else. She seems to be fully booked with her regular customers but likes to treat others badly it seems. I thought the first time was fine about the mix up and she seemed to genuinely feel bad and want to make it up to me. However, it seems though now to me she does not give a crap to apologize or make it up to myself. I did not want to post a bad thing about her but I fell she forced me to and I feel she will do it again to me or someone else. Even if I called and wanted to book an appointment please kindly tell me to book on her website. I of course do not want to cause problems and just wanted to be treated fairly and for others be offered the same fairness. I honestly feel in not posting this that she will do it again and after a bad week with another agency(Elite-Canadian), I am a upset.
The topper in this whole unfortunate suituation is she has sent me 4 or 5 emails stating she was in coming to Edmonton even after I had booked an appointment. She has really come across as very ungenuine and unaplogetic and who handles her appointments and schedule very horribly. I don't think she will do anything about it. I am again sorry for being harsh.
I hope someone else does not get treated badly by her.
