SO CA is in ripping off business now!
Let's say for a moment since HBK spent 30 minutes of Porsha's time, why was he not given the rest of his money? I personally think HBK got ripped off big time
and CA really needs to re-think their ways of handling their affairs.

I can take partial blame for what happened. I shouldnt have given money until I was completely satisfied with who I booked, instead I gave the money and then changed my mind and requested it back. I would have had no issue giving say $50 for changing my mind. I have friends that have gone to CA before and they all recommended it and said they had a great time and there are great girls that work there. That shouldnt change based on one bad experience.
I guess this will just have to fall under the category of lessons learned.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin!!!!!! Never, in all the years of being a phone girl for CA, have I ever had to escort the client out the door for disorderly conduct. Not only could you not hold a coversation to deal with the situation at hand, but you reeked of vomit (which I had to clean up). So when you became rude and unreasonable and started claiming you gave Porsha more money than $230.00 (I counted it myself), there was no reasoning with you there.... You were too intoxicated to even count your money properly and I couldn't even have a conversation with you to explain about how much you gave. You were already convinced that you were right, and I will not engage in a arguement with a young man who has clearly been drinking alot. I am a small woman and you were trying to intimitate me because you were bigger and I showed you I will not be intimidated. I am not unreasonable or unfair but clearly there was no having a conversation with you in that state of mind you were in at the time. What did you think I was going to do when you would not listen to reason to work the situation out? I understand you did not get your full time.... however, rather than having the situation escalate, I much rathered you leave and I was not about to go downstairs to refund you some of your money and leave you alone. Sorry, not going to happen. I don't know you, and I have never booked you before, so I did not know what you are capable of doing. My main thing is safety first for all involved. I would've worked something out with you, had you not have been so arguementative and unreasonable with me. Perber's that have come to CA and have had me as phone staff know how I run. I have to have a good justified reason to escort a client out the door without a refund. Everyone in here is seeing his side of things; its about time I spoke up for myself. If you check "hard_onn" 's postings surprisingly every single of them are about "Portia"!! so this means he is either the "regular stalker" or it is Portia herself!

I gotta agree with you Steverino.....maybe there should be something put into play at "All" the agencies. Would certainly avoid this kind of unpleasantness for both sides....
I gotta give Porsha cudo's for kissing him at all if this is indeed the case.....And my experience with Cori is the same as your own. Treat her right and she treats you like gold.....deep frenching someone who just puked, priceless.....

Obviously the OP has decided to recant his bullshit story in exchange for a deal of some kind.
What I find amazing is the number of slanderous and ignorant comments directed at Charlie and the agency in general. And once again they quietly and calmly settle things and go about the business of providing services. Good on you CA for obviously taking steps to ensure a happy client. Sadly it had to come to this before it was settled.
I wonder if a pm/phone call the next day would have been more than sufficient? Would have saved HBK from looking like an ass and CA yet another trip through the mud.....

I'm sorry Dark Prince that you saw London and Meng.... They are no longer with our agency and haven't been for quite some time. If the ladies get complaints..... they do not stay with us because I can't back up what I'm saying to you and I pride on myself for being accurate. In all fairness I have to give them a try. It didn't work so they moved on.... Will they be welcomed back? Nope.... You have to know not everyone is a keeper. I'm just sorry to say you saw 2 of our worst. Now I can say all the ladies that are working for CA now are top nocth.... I don't hire just anyone. At the time you came we had another phone lady that was allowed d to do the hiring and she wasn't so choosy...... Sad she would hire anyone and then I would have to fire them.......

There were clients there - at least one caught with no pants...
The clients were told to leave - the girls were questioned and the rest is history as they say!

There are a few reasons that we should be told. Is the customer full of shit? Did Charlie handle the situation correctly,so if walk into CA and decide I don't like the girl,will they hold my money too and I have to go to PERB to get it back. There are still lots of unanswered questions here.
