So I went to CA for the the first time and the biggest mistake of my life. I have never been treatened so badly in my life. I had booked to go for Porsha. But because she was not my type, I decided not to go for for her. To me her pictures were not accurate. I requested my money back immediatly. I did not use her services and was told to leave immedialtely. wtf???? All I wanted was my money back because Porsha did not look how I thought she would, and now I am out the huge amount of money. All I wanted was my money back because she was not who she thought I was. Instead I get yelled at and threated with violence

I guess this is a good reason to avoid CA.

I've done the same thing only once, but not a CA.

I left a $20 bill, but kept the rest of the fee since I decided fairly quickly that I wasn't going to stay,

How soon into the call did you decide to pull the plug? (I know you said immediately but can you give a minutes figure? 2? 5? 10?) If it was within a few minutes of seeing her pics aren't accurate, you should of gotten all your money back. That's false advertising.

I'd like to hear CA's side of the story...

How soon into the call did you decide to pull the plug?

However, from Experience:

• Don't give up the coin until you see the lady you booked
• If you don't like what you see on first impression - leave immediately - don't pay and don't hesitate
• Once the clothing starts to come off you're committed at least from the financial perspective, you can still leave but don't expect any of your coins back
• You may be asked for a cancellation fee - 20 to 50 can be considered fair

So expanding on what happened. I am very new to this sort of thing. I pre-booked ahead of time with Porsha from her pictures on the website. I arrived at CA and was greeted by Porsha. We got to the room and I gave her the money and she left the room all the while feeling I was not into her and for me she was just not my type who I was expecting and hoping for. When she got back into the room I apologized to her and told her I had changed my mind and she was not my type. She got mad and said ok and left the room to call me a cab. When she came back I asked for my money and she refused. I told her I had changed my mind again and want my money back. I had been at CA for all of 2 minutes max. She went and got this lady who said she was the manager and she just started screaming at me because I wanted my money back. I yelled back at her to give me my money back and she told me to get out immediately and got on the phone and was calling someone and did not say who. Now being new to this I didnt know what was going on so I felt all the while she was yelling and screaming at me "get out get out" the entire way. All I had requested was my money back for services I did not use. What do I do????? Not having any family and working sooo many hours this was my christmas present to myself and I had to save up alot to do this.

I guess you went wrong;when you went along with the momentum of the occaission,by giving Porsha your money despite misgivings.

In a similar situation with Marissa(then at CCE);I entered the room with Marissa,without telling her that I was perbs' EH.
Marissa started playing me for a naive American tourist,with all sorts of outrageous upselling.
After letting Marissa finish spewing her pack of lies;I then told her about all the contradictary information on the CCE website.
That's when Marissa put on the most pathetic of spin-docter routines.

Having called Marissa out on her connivance;I knew the rapture which we would share would be a sack-o-shit,at best.
Given this occured during the Holiday Season,I didn't have the heart to walk out,then & there.
Instead;I handed over $200,so as to be peaceful & polite.
Marissa then carried on with one phoney bullshit antic after another.
After 10 more minutes, I just left in disgusted annoyance.

still waiting for CA's side on this, but until I hear it, I think i'll be holding back my business from them. You should of got a full refund imo. Hopefully CA will contact you to make it up to you.

CA definitely could have handled that better IMHO. At least a partial refund would have been in order. Once the money run is done there is rarely a dip back into the safe though. Hopefully they will pm you and work out something with you.

I saw Toni there once and it was fine re booking etc + Toni was good.

Do you mind telling what put you off porsha? I have not seen her yet myself and I would hate to be put in the same situation you were. Pls pm me if you'd rather not post any criticism on the board. Thx!

HBK....sorry to hear you had a shitty time. Having been dealing with CA on and off for a few years now I have always found them willing to try and make things right in these types of situations. Have you tried to pm them? How about phone? They have more than one phone girl. Request to speak with the owner of the agency, Charlie(yes it is a guy, not a girl).

One thing I know for certain is that many times these things can be settled to everyone's unsatisfaction....meaning you probably won't get all your money back, but they will take a bite as well....
The key is persistence, I have had dealings with CA, the Fox Den, and the now defunct Escape and Relax agencies. In every circumstance I had to call several times a day, in the case of E and R I called for over a week like 8 times a day till I got satisfaction....

CA I alway avoid there service. Once they sold me on dud LONDON, worst SP. Other time I went SP was missing front teeth. Her excuse was she went to dentist. I just walked out from front door. It seems like not legit business people running CA. It is prime operation, where police can burst in any time.

I'm not a frequent user of Victoria agencies but have been to a couple. CA has always raised my spidey senses for one reason or another. It has been rumoured that the owner has little flings with the ladies before they have session with clients etc. HB, that just sucks and hopefully they will come to the table with some sort of resolution.

CA's Side of the story

We apologise for the delay on the reply.

Now it's time for our side of the story, and it's not going to be one of those "so the truth is somewhere down the middle". This is the truth, with actual facts.

At about 1:05 am last night a very intoxicated young man came in for a visit to see Porsha. On the phone, he asked about rates for an hour or a two hour appointment. However, he never finalised his decision about how long he would stay for, he was to decide when he would arrive.

He came in and gave Porsha three 50 dollar bills, and four 20s. That equals out to $230.00. That amount wasn't pre-counted, he grabbed money from his wallet and told Porsha "I don't know how much this gets me, just come back".

Porsha went downstairs with that donation, and asked Cori (who has been a phone assistant at C.A. for almost 3 years) what she could do about the amount of time issue. Since it's more than $180 (1 hour), and less than $270 (1 and a half hour), then Cori did a sensible thing and decided it would be a 1 hour and 15 minute appointment.

As Porsha returned upstairs, she heard this gentleman throwing up in the washroom. He was in there for about 15 minutes. He finally comes out, and immediately starts to deep-french kiss Porsha. According to Porsha, he definetely didn't even attempt to use the mouthwash on the sink counter. She obviously didn't like that.

They were in the room for about 10 minutes, until Cori heard some arguing upstairs and went to check it out. He was mad she wouln't kiss him any more, and was saying he was getting ripped off, saying she wasn't his type and he wanted his money back. Porsha didn't agree with that, since she already tasted his foul breath and wasted 30 minutes of her time.

Porsha didn't refuse to spend more time with him, she just didn't want to kiss him anymore. Rightfully so.

He wanted to leave, but he was not leaving without his money. Plus he claimed to have brought $310, instead of the $230 that was given. There was no violence, but he was told somebody was on the way to make sure both ladies were going to be safe, as he was escalating the volume of his voice, refusing to leave.

He finally left, his puke was cleaned, and that was that.

My thinking is if a guy comes in as you say, "very intoxicated" and he is throwing up in the bathroom for 15 minutes, send him on his way. Give him back his money except for a nominal charge (say $30).

Ok wow I dont even know where to begin.

Yes number 1, I had afew drinks no question, 4 beers total in 3 hours before arriving. I wasnt a "very intoxicated man". Number 2... at no time did I go and puke and throw up. I never even used the washroom at all. After I gave her the money, yes it was precounted which I did before I got there, I waited in the room till she came back. There was NO PUKING and never did I use the washroom. As soon as she came back into the room, after taking my money was when I told her she wasnt my type. I was waiting in the room debating about just continuing to see her or not.

And my voice escalation was because after being there for only afew minutes (no it was not 30 mins) and saying she was not my typeand requesting my money back, which I was refused.
