Any fruit experts here?
I bought a pint of local raspberries, and a number of them have a few (maybe 4-8) white drupelets clustered at the top. There is no mold on them, but rather a complete absence of colour in a few of the drupelets on otherwise very ripe berries.
Any idea as to what causes this and whether it is okay to eat the white parts? I've been picking off the white parts, mostly because they seem to be rather hard.
